We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations on either our 7:00am–3:30pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm Monday–Friday shift, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient freight scheduling, and smooth inbound/outbound logistics.

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations on either our 7:00am–3:30pm or 2:30pm–11:00pm Monday–Friday shift, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient freight scheduling, and smooth inbound/outbound logistics.
How you create impact
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight scheduling with the Traffic Manager to support warehouse operations.
- Verify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents, counts, and required labels or tickets.
- Maintain proper dock security and oversee pallet control and exchange activities.
- Collect, organize, and route all documentation related to inbound and outbound freight.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and operate forklifts or material‑handling equipment as needed.
- Comply with OSHA, MSDS, and all safety standards while supporting efficient shipping and receiving workflows.
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment of at least one (1) year.
- Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate
- Ability to efficiently solve problems
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Must be organized
- Experience with personal computers
