We are seeking a candidate that can lead and oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supervising staff, resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement within warehouse operations. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.

How you create impact
- Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Supervise, coach, and develop inventory team members to drive performance and accountability.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- 3 years of warehouse inventory control experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed; degree in logistics or related field preferred.
