Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and product locator systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement continuous improvement action plans and maintain the security of the warehouse.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of recent experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset.
