We are looking for a results‑driven Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) to manage and develop a portfolio of strategic global accounts. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end commercial relationship, driving business growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring alignment across all services and business units.
As the main representative towards the customer, you will translate customer insights into actionable strategies and lead account planning to support long‑term success and profitability.

- Own and manage the end‑to‑end commercial relationship for assigned key accounts, driving growth and customer retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levels
- Understand customer business models, decision processes, and competitive environments to identify opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer strategy and company objectives
- Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities across the full service portfolio
- Negotiate rates and service contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate closely with business units, pricing, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor pipeline performance, financial results, and key commercial KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed
- Ensure smooth handover of new business to operations and maintain alignment between commercial commitments and delivery
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers, focusing on performance, continuous improvement, and innovation
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM and sales management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within logistics or supply chain
- Strong understanding of global supply chain solutions across Air, Sea, Road, and Contract Logistics)
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, negotiations, and driving business growth)
- Experience managing multinational customers and working across a matrix organization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
- Willingness to travel as needed
