Your Role
You will lead and direct the operations management team in completing daily activities of the warehouse and production lineside logistics functions which includes labor scheduling, oversee the proper use of space, equipment and workforce. Main responsibilities include: Leading the operations management team, P&L, Budgeting, staffing, warehouse and production operations, maintenance of the facility and equipment, implementation of safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs, budgeting and customer service. This is Onsite role and you will report to Area Contract Logistics ManagerYour Responsibilities
- You will plan warehouse operations and provide administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
- You will promote employee engagement to support the cultural goals of the site and motivate the workforce.
- Develop an annual operating budget and manage a system of controls to ensure that service levels and operational performance goals are met within prescribed cost, revenue and profit parameters.
- You will develop suitable programs for maintaining company standards of sanitation, maintenance, security, housekeeping, quality and safety of equipment and facilities in a manner that assures their most efficient operation
- You will develop and forecast the budget and conduct detailed workforce and resource planning
- You will help with customer contract negotiation and pricing and help in conflict resolution with customers and staff following Human Resource procedures
- You will achieve P&L goals and support monthly/All Other Invoicing and Billing to client
- You will explore, add VAS opportunities and maintain facility and Building Infrastructure
Your Skills and Experiences
- 10 years of Management experience in a warehouse environment with P&L responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field is plus
- Proficiency in planning, staffing, and budgeting
- 3 years of experience in Materials handling equipment Program
