Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. - Define and execute QuickSTAT’s long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities and market opportunities
- Oversee end‑to‑end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all functions
- Lead financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Deliver on quarterly RFC and annual target with respect to key company KPI’s, including but not limited to gross profit, and net profit
- Build, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams; cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion
- Partner with product, finance, HR, marketing, and technology leaders to drive integrated execution
- Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions

- Represent QuickSTAT to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and key customers.
