Position Summary
The Delivery Manager (DM) is a trusted business advisor to clients, working with both senior leadership and operational stakeholders to drive outcomes across strategy, design, deployment, and operations.
The DM orchestrates the full portfolio of Kudelski Security services delivered to clients, managing both reactive and proactive service engagements and ensuring seamless coordination across all service lines.
The DM oversees service delivery end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution, acting as an escalation point, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success throughout the lifecycle of Kudelski Security services.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
- Act as the single owner of all services delivered by Kudelski Security to a defined portfolio of clients
- Understand client objectives and anticipate evolving needs
- Orchestrate regular client engagements, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution across all service streams
- Deliver advanced reporting any KPIs to track performance, communicate value, and support client decision-making
- Act as the voice of the client internally, providing structured feedback to operations, leadership, architects, DevOps, and account teams
- Monitor SLAs, service quality metrics, and client satisfaction
- Partner with the account team to drive account growth, service improvements, and conduct executive-level Service Reviews
- Ensure effective coordination across all Kudelski Security service lines to deliver a consistent and integrated client experience
Your Key Qualities and Skills
- 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Delivery Management
- Excellent customer facing skillset including negotiation, conflict management, and listening skills
- Knowledge of security vendors’ solutions such as endpoint detection and response, SIEMs, and in OT security is a strong asset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including leading of face-to-face or phone meetings
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and service delivery frameworks
- Ability to navigate complex service environments across multiple offerings
- Positive mindset and adaptability, fostering strong client relationships
- Experience working with Security Operations environments
- Autonomous, team-oriented, and highly motivated
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Comfortable leveraging emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance service delivery, client value, and operational efficiency
- Solution-oriented approach, leveraging analytical and creative thinking to address client needs in collaboration with the Operation teams
Education:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- CompTIA Security , CISM or CISSP certifications are a plus
