Maintenance Coordinator / Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Schedule: Part-time
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive individual to join our property management office as a Maintenance Coordinator / Office Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, following up on tasks, and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive maintenance requests from tenants via phone or office system
- Create and assign work orders to maintenance staff
- Follow up to ensure maintenance work is completed properly and on time
- Visit vacant properties to identify and document maintenance and turnover needs
- Communicate with maintenance staff, tenants, and office management
- Track work orders and maintain accurate records
Additional Office Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist tenants
- Type letters, notices, and basic correspondence
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Property management, maintenance coordination, or office experience is a plus, but not required
