SAP Analyst, OTC (S/4HANA)

BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION This role will primarily be responsible for owning OTC functionality of S/4HANA and partnering with the business to understand their requirements, ensure process standardization by utilizing out-of-the box SAP software capabilities, facilitate key design decisions, integration, hands on systems configuration, testing and operational monitoring to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the process.  PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:Partner and collaborate with the Business and IT vendor teams on implementing and adopting the new SAP S/4 HANA System. Support and drive standard SAP solution adoption across the Order-To-Cash business processes. Gather business requirements, develop process flows and end-to-end functional designs, prepare functional requirement documents for developers, develop test cases, and assist training team. Strong functional background in the relevant functions for Order-to-Cash in SAP S/4 HANA Order and Contract Management, Pricing, Billing, Integration with other SAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management, EWM and external systems, etc. Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and day-to-day production support activities. Conduct Business Process Analysis using the People, Process, and Technology framework; suggest process improvements and reengineering with focus on process automation and simplification while keeping out of the box methodology in mind. Recommend procedures within the Order-to-Cash functions to make Sales and operations more efficient and effective.Stay current on emerging trends in Order-to-Cash business processes and SAP technology offerings. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering or a relatedCertifications in S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement, Agile Project Management, SAP Activate Methodology is preferred. Knowledge of SAP Model Company, Focused Build, VMS, and Automotive Industry Solutions is desirable. At least 3 years of experience in the SAP functional domain with Sales and Distribution (SD) module and Order-to-Cash processes. At least 1 hands-on full-life cycle SAP implementations. Must be an knowledgeable in: SAP SD Logistics Execution Pricing Variant Configuration Customer and Product Hierarchy Master Data Management EDI Available to PromiseMust understand the interfaces necessary for implementing and operating the end-to-end OTC process Excellent understanding of: SAP SD-FI SD-MM SD-EWM integrations in ECC and S/4HANA. Should have a good understanding of Solution Manager Requires strong communication skills to work internally with end user departments, management, and peers. Develops and provides written and verbal presentations to end users, peers, and support personnel. Problem Solving and analytical skills. Exhibits strong analytical ability and creativity in developing and integrating an end-to-end solution.
