Job Summary
Kubota Water and Environment USA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide short-term administrative support at our Headquarters in Bothell, WA. This is a part-time, non-exempt, limited duration position (approximately three months) with an ASAP start date, supporting up to 20 hours per week.
The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations by handling general administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and assisting team members as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments as needed
- Answer and route phone calls; greet and assist visitors professionally
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and basic administrative reporting
- Support internal meetings and on-site activities, including logistics and setup
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
