What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high‑quality work that elevates their business and strengthens long‑term partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while collaborating closely with internal teams across design, engineering, production, and installation.
- Anticipate challenges and opportunities, ensuring solutions exceed expectations and align with client goals.
- Partner with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
- Develop strategic approaches that help clients tell their stories through impactful branded environments.
- Proven experience in client account management, ideally within branded environments, experiential design, or architectural/creative industries.
- Hands‑on experience managing projects such as Executive Briefing Centres, corporate interiors, or product showrooms.
- Strong understanding of material finishes, fabrication processes, and/or architectural drawings.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with polished presentation abilities.
- A resourceful, positive, collaborative team player who enjoys what they do.
