As a Busser, Food Runner, and Support Staff member, you'll play a vital role in delivering the fast, friendly, and fun dining experience our guests love. Responsibilities:
- Run food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming dining environment
- Assist servers and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, seamless guest experiences
- Restock service stations with supplies including napkins, condiments, and utensils
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room and service areas
- Support high-volume service during peak hours with a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant, busser, food runner, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must meet minimum age requirements per Oregon state guidelines
