What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth & Business Development Associate position at Kualitatem Inc.?
This is not a corporate box-checking role. You'll be the boots on the ground in NYC — attending industry events, building relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders, and hunting new business through cold outreach. You'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership over how Kualitatem grows in the US market.

What will you do?
• Own outbound prospecting — cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn outreach targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and CIOs at scaling SaaS companies
• Represent Kualitatem at tech and industry events across NYC (conferences, CIO summits, meetups, networking dinners)
• Identify and qualify leads at companies showing buying signals: active QA job postings, recent funding rounds, new tech hires
• Book discovery calls and product demos for senior leadership
• Build and manage your pipeline in CRM — track activity, follow-ups, and outcomes with discipline
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized outreach that cuts through the noise
• Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and outbound strategy as we iterate and learn
• Feed market intelligence back to leadership: objections, competitor mentions, buyer language
What are we looking for?
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth — B2B preferred
• Hustle mentality: you don't wait for leads to come to you
• Comfortable on the phone — cold calling doesn't intimidate you
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal — you can adapt your pitch to a CTO or a VP without missing a beat
