Responsible for the preparation of entrees, meats, soups, gravies, desserts and special diet foods.
Qualifications and RequirementsTwo (2) years experience as a cook in quantity food production; or on (1) year vocational training as a cook and one (1) year experience in quantity food production required; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilites to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.
