Registered Nurse (RN) - KGC Float
Regular Full-Time (Req# 2026-220; 2026-221; 2026-222; 2026-223) Rotating 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
Kuakini Geriatric Care, Inc.
Works in collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN-In charge) and the nursing management team in accomplishing the Health System and Kuakini Geriatric Care (KGC) mission and vision statements and core values. This position entails application of the nursing process through assessment, formulation of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating plans of care for assigned residents. Responsible for following established standards of professional nursing practice as delineated by KGC, Inc., providing leadership by working in collaboration with ancillary nursing personnel and promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Hawaii required. Basic Life Support (BLS)required, with retraining once every two years. Experience in long-term care and acute nursing, with a minimum of one (1) year charge-nurse duties or experience preferred. Experience in working with OBRA requirements preferred.
Starting Hourly Range $39.89 — 47.37
