Skilled Residential Remodeling Technician
Full-Time | Pay Based on Experience
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Residential Remodeling Technician with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This role requires direct interaction with homeowners and tenants, including answering questions related to work being performed and representing the company in a courteous, knowledgeable manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform residential remodeling and repair work ranging from small home repairs to full remodels
- Bathroom and kitchen remodeling, including:
- Demolition and framing
- Finish carpentry
- Laminate flooring installation
- Tile installation and grouting
- Door and window installation.
- Assist with or perform basic:
- Plumbing and electrical fixture installation
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential remodeling required
- Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen remodels is a must
- Proficiency with common hand and power tools
- Must provide basic personal tools (hammer drill, utility knife, taping and mudding tools)
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have a work truck or reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
