Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, MN. As the Director of Sales, you will lead the sales team to exceed revenue goals while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans, overseeing sales operations, mentoring team members, and identifying growth opportunities in the market. The Director of Sales will collaborate with other departments to integrate sales strategies with station goals, ensuring consistent excellence in client service and business performance.
