Company Description
KTM is a hospitality company specializing in restaurant and F&B brands. Based in New York City, we manage projects from brand strategy and interior design to construction and operations, creating distinctive commercial spaces and hospitality experiences. As an Interior Designer on our Brand Development Team, you will bring brand identities to life through thoughtfully designed spaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Description
- Full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
- Support concept development and brand identity for hospitality projects.
- Conduct design research and develop mood boards.
- Prepare design proposals for restaurant and commercial projects.
- Support and Coordinate site surveys, material reviews, and construction implementation.
- Prepare and revise construction drawings, millwork drawings, and design documentation.
- Create 3D renderings and presentation materials.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, FF&E, and prepare related documentation.
- Maintain the material and FF&E library.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
- Organize project documentation and support design communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Interior Design or Architecture portfolio required.
- Bilingual (English & Korean) required.
