Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate, write, and distribute marketing bulletins. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current programs and promotions.
- Coordinate, organize, and distribute Product, Sales, and Marketing training materials.
- Assist in the execution and communication of Retail Sales Promotions, including updating the corporate website landing pages.
- Oversee the Dealer Inquiry tool by providing analytics and ensuring questions are addressed and routed to the appropriate teams.
- Act as the main marketing support contact for dealer-related amateur racing initiatives.
- Manage dealer marketing claim submissions and fulfillment processes. Communicate clearly with DSMs regarding claim status, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Provide support on all marketing topics as needed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally, requires a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, and/or project management, preferably in the motorcycle industry. Other required experience includes:
- Skilled in communicating and relationship building.
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent presentation skills.
- Must have strong knowledge of powersports industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in copywriting is preferred.
- Must have experience with digital marketing platforms.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and understand when to escalate potential issues.
