Duties

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load, unload, and merchandise products at customer locations with care, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Engage with customers professionally to ensure their needs are met, answer questions, and promote additional products through upselling techniques
• Manage route schedules efficiently by planning optimal delivery sequences and maintaining accurate delivery logs
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions for accurate reporting

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial driving or route delivery is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
• Strong math skills for handling pricing adjustments, measurements, and inventory counts
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Demonstrated ability in sales or upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during deliveries
• Organizational skills to manage multiple stops efficiently within tight schedules
• Military background or experience is a plus, bringing discipline and reliability to the role
• DOT Med Card
• Clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Mandatory Shift from 2:00am-9:00am
• Monday thru Saturday off Sunday
• All federal holidays off
