The Senior Artworker role is responsible for producing digital artworks, reprographics and colour separations for all print disciplines. What you'll be doing: Create and refine artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results. Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. Conduct thorough checks on all artwork to ensure it meets technical specifications and quality standards. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continuously improve skills and processes. Additional Responsibilities as Assigned. This position is in our Trident Office located in Cincinnati, OH We’d love to hear from you if: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or in-house design team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
