Key Requirements

· 6–8 years of strong Signal Integrity & Power Integrity experience

· Deep understanding of S‑parameters and modeling (single‑ended and differential)

· DDR4 / LPDDR4 board and package simulation (FD / TD)

· PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1, display interface simulations

· PDN impedance profiling, IR drop, time‑domain analysis

· PDN model extraction, decap optimization, loop inductance analysis

· HSPICE

· Cadence Sigrity (2.5D & 3D‑EM – Mandatory)

· ADS

· Ansys SIwave, HFSS 3D

· Cadence PowerSI & PowerDC
