About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Events Producer to support the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality virtual, hybrid, and onsite events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise webcast production, live event operations, audio/video technologies, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is responsible for managing the full event lifecycle—from intake and planning through live production and post-event reporting. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise with webcast platforms, and the ability to perform under pressure while supporting executive-level and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Manage ServiceNow event tickets, request intake, and event workflow tracking.
- Consult with stakeholders to determine the most appropriate event platform, including Microsoft Teams Meetings, Webinars, Live Events, and Town Halls.
- Coordinate event schedules, presenter availability, and technical rehearsals.
- Facilitate dry runs and readiness reviews prior to live events.
- Create and distribute event invitations, registration links, and attendee communications.
- Develop technical documentation and presenter guides.
Live Event Production
- Execute onsite and remote event setup for conference rooms, studios, and event spaces.
- Perform comprehensive audio, video, connectivity, and platform testing.
- Operate cameras, PTZ systems, encoders, switchers, and AV routing equipment.
- Produce and manage live events using Microsoft Teams, Zoom Webinar, Webex Events, and vMix.
- Moderate Q&A sessions, audience interactions, polls, and engagement tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
- Support executive presentations, leadership broadcasts, and company-wide events.
Post-Production
- Edit event recordings using Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
- Encode and publish recordings to Microsoft Stream and other approved platforms.
- Manage recording archives and digital assets.
- Generate attendance reports, engagement metrics, and event analytics for stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned and production recommendations for future events.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise webcast production, broadcast production, live streaming, or event technology.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Teams production workflows, including Meetings, Webinars, Live Events, and Town Hall events.
- Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and onsite events.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cameras and PTZ systems
- Audio mixers and microphones
- Video switchers
- Encoders and streaming technologies
- Signal routing and AV infrastructure
- Crestron control systems
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve live production issues under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
