🚨 We're Hiring: Senior Desktop Support Engineer (Trade Floor Support) 🚨

📍 Location: Chicago, IL 60606 (Onsite)

🕒 Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with 5 years of Trade Floor support experience to provide advanced L3 technical support in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Skills:

✅ Trade Floor/Desktop Support (L3)

✅ Windows 10/11, Active Directory & Microsoft 365

✅ ServiceNow (SNOW)

✅ Network Troubleshooting (LAN, VPN, Switches, Routers)

✅ AV & Video Conferencing Support

✅ Outlook/Exchange, MS Teams

✅ PC Builds, Asset Management & Compliance

✅ Strong customer support & troubleshooting skills


Preferred: Experience supporting trading applications, market data, trader voice technologies, and Oil & Gas industry environments.
