Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a hands-on AV Support Technician to join our team and support live events, conference rooms, and end-users across multiple locations.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and repair AV equipment (microphones, projectors, cameras, VTC systems)
- Troubleshoot ClickShare, Procom, phones, and conference room devices
- Rack, stack, cable, and perform hands-on hardware support
- Manage inventory, spare parts, and work orders (Remedy experience a plus)
- Provide on-call support (weekends/holidays as needed)
- Create user guides and deliver quick AV training to end-users
✅ What You Bring:
- 3–6 years of AV technical experience
- Own vehicle & ability to travel to remote sites (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Experience with live webcast support and SWAT team activities
