- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones across multiple workstreams
- Maintain delivery cadence and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Ensure alignment between delivery plans and managed service commitments
🧭 Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Coach teams on agile principles and delivery discipline within a managed services context
- Remove blockers and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Promote agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) to drive performance and predictability
📊 Reporting & Tooling
- Design and maintain Jira dashboards for real-time visibility into team progress, backlog health, and milestone tracking
- Create and present weekly/monthly management reporting decks for internal leadership and client stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity across Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools
🔧 Operational Excellence & Agility Leadership
- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and service quality
