About The Company
The future runs on power you control.
America's grid is aging. Outages are rising. And for commercial and industrial operators, downtime isn't an inconvenience — it's an existential threat. The Company provides the ability to protect operations with on-site, utility-grade power engineered for uncompromising reliability.
Through exclusive partnerships and advanced energy platforms, The Company delivers next-generation power solutions built for instantaneous response, continuous conditioning, and long-duration endurance. No guesswork. No gaps. No single point of failure.
The team operates with disciplined precision, guiding organizations through the design, deployment, and integration of on-site power systems that keep mission-critical facilities online — regardless of what happens on the grid.
When power is everything, control is everything. The Company delivers both.
About the Role
Most analysts support the process. In this role, you own it.
As the Energy Sales Operations & Proposal Analyst, you will build financial models, run proposals, and create the operational structure that keeps the sales pipeline moving — working directly with the CRO and a VP Sales team that moves fast on complex, high-value commercial and industrial energy deals.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of finance, sales, and strategy — and a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
- Direct exposure to executive-level strategy and complex, high-value energy deals from day one
- A lean, fast-moving team where your work is visible and your contributions directly shape outcomes
- A genuinely differentiated product — not a commodity, but a cutting-edge solution you’ll become an expert in
- A culture built on precision, follow-through, and continuous improvement — not bureaucracy
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end creation of financial models and client-ready proposal decks in partnership with the VP Sales team
- Ensure every proposal is accurate, compelling, and efficient to iterate — with clean version control
- Build and refine deal-level financial models (Excel/Google Sheets), including OpEx vs. CapEx scenarios and sensitivities
- Learn and apply energy concepts — demand charges, outage impacts, energy service structures — building toward independent proficiency
- Maintain a central deal-flow tracker and ensure CRM (HubSpot preferred) data is clean and current
- Partner with Marketing to keep proposal templates, collateral, and conference materials accurate, on-brand, and ready ahead of deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70k – $90k depending on experience
- Free medical coverage plus partially employer-paid dental & vision for you and your dependents
- HSA with employer contributions
- Mental health resources
- Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability
- Company-paid on-site parking
- $60/month cell phone stipend
- 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% (100% immediate vesting)
- Collaborative, social team environment with regular events
- Competitive PTO plus 12 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work in-office in Miami, FL
- 2–5 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role (consulting, finance, analytics, SaaS sales ops, or revenue ops)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, modeling, structured analysis)
- Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot preferred
- Experience supporting sales teams in sales ops, revenue ops, or sales engineering
- Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills with client-facing materials
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical and financial concepts
- Comfort using modern AI tools to draft and refine documents and presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
- Clear communication skills; ability to collaborate with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to energy, renewables, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
- Familiarity with commercial energy procurement, distributed energy resources, or microgrid solutions
- Experience with long-term project or contract financial modeling
- Experience supporting conference materials or industry events
- Interest in applying AI to improve workflows and output quality
Key Competencies
- Detail-obsessed and accuracy-driven
- Fast, responsive, and adaptable to deal-driven timelines
- Systems thinker who builds scalable processes and templates
- Strong collaborator with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to build domain expertise
