POSITION: Account Coordinator Level II

The Account Coordinator II will serve as the “hub,” coordinating tasks with the creative team as well as the executive team as it relates to established timelines. The Account Coordinator II will be first on research, meeting notes, status reports, case studies, data management, and social media coordination.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Play an integral role in supporting both account management and new business teams by coordinating creative decks and other digital assets, drafting reports and managing the storage of support files
- Update each project's internal tracker, ensuring that all status updates include links to completed works and/or next steps
- Coordinate and set meetings internally and externally
- As secondary client contact, collect client desires and deliverables as needed
- Support newsletter, deck and case study development by conducting necessary research and crafting first draft outlines as needed
- Support creative and experiential pre-production efforts by conducting vendor/partner research and engage with vendors through pre-production to post-production
- Support the operations team with research, tracking and reporting, as needed
- Assist in the development and management of Google Drive hierarchy, additional document imaging and retention, as well as receipt capture and tracking
- Compile and communicate meeting notes both internally and externally, ensuring that respective teams understand all status updates and action items as they relate to deliverables
- Coordination with our social media manager and team
- Serve as quality control for all account output

- Serve additional admin needs as requested
- 2 years of AGENCY based marketing experience
- 2 years of experience in experiential, traditional, and digital marketing
- Experience working with a nonprofit, highly preferred
- 1 years of advertising/digital agency experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, Asana
