**Must-haves:**
- Reliable — shows up every day, on time. Non-negotiable.
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Comfortable working off ladders
**Nice to have:**
- Construction experience (we'll train the right person)
- General Tools if not they can be provided
**Pay:**
- $20–$25/hr starting, based on experience
- Raise within 60 days if it's working out
- Piece rate available for gutter installers — our guys typically take home $900–$1,200/week
