Job Description: MarTech Project Manager

Were seeking a MarTech Project Manager to help drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and ensure seamless alignment between technical platforms and business objectives. In this role, youll collaborate closely with multiple teams to support marketing operations, improve processes, and optimize systems that power our campaigns and digital strategies.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate business needs, transforming them into actionable user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Document workflows, system functionality, and processes to ensure clarity and consistent execution across teams.
• Develop and update training resources, technical documentation, and system guides that support marketing operations and technology adoption.
• Support the rollout and ongoing execution of training and onboarding plans, working hand-in-hand with product and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate across departments to continuously assess and enhance MarTech platforms, driving efficiency and aligning system capabilities with marketing goals.
• Actively incorporate input from leadership, product managers, and development partners to refine processes and deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) in marketing, communications, business, finance, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in project management, systems analysis, design, or developmentpreferably within marketing or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear technical documentation, process maps, and training content.
• Skilled at writing detailed user stories and translating business needs for development teams.
• Proven success working in cross-functional settings with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of marketing workflows, operational processes, and campaign execution pipelines.
