ABOUT KSPA
KSpa Massage & Company, LLC is a VA-approved medical massage practice serving Central Texas from three locations in Waco, Temple, and Killeen. Alongside our partner practice, Walker Chiro & Wellness Clinic, we provide medical and therapeutic massage for veterans through the VA Community Care Network, as well as workers' compensation, auto injury, and general wellness clients.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are contracting with Licensed Massage Therapists who want to grow their practice serving veterans and clinical clients. As an independent contractor, you set your own availability, apply your own professional judgment and techniques, and are paid for every completed service. KSpa provides the treatment space, client referrals, scheduling platform, and front desk support so you can focus on your clients.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Deliver therapeutic and medical massage aligned with each client's referral and treatment goals
- Coordinate with chiropractic and referring providers on client care when appropriate
- Complete a SOAP note for every session the same day, by 10 PM, in our practice platform (required for VA billing)
- Share post-session guidance with clients on stretching, self-care, and recovery
- Keep your treatment room clean, safe, and professional
WHAT YOU BRING
- Current Texas Massage Therapist license in good standing
- Experience with clinical or medical massage; work with veterans, workers' compensation, or auto injury clients is a plus
- Comfort with digital documentation
- Strong client communication and a professional presence
- Commitment to timely documentation and consistent client care

COMPENSATION
$25 to $40 per completed service, based on experience, credentials, and the service types you take on. A completed service includes the session and its same-day SOAP note. Client gratuities are additional.
