KSP Studio is looking for a Senior Job Captain who takes pride in getting the details right. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll drive projects from design through construction, keep consultants and teams aligned, and make sure every set of drawings reflects the design intent with precision.

What You'll Own
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and production of construction documents
- Partner with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project goals
- Review and coordinate consultant drawings — structural, MEP, civil, and more — for consistency
- Provide technical guidance and quality control across project teams
- Conduct building code research under PM/PA direction and ensure adherence to all applicable codes and regulations
- Lead the permitting process across multiple city jurisdictions
What You Bring
- 8 years of architectural experience, including 3 years as a Job Captain or Senior Job Captain
- Required proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with other design tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods
- Sharp organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects preferred; architectural licensure (or progress toward it) is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluency or professional proficiency in Tagalog, Korean, Vietnamese, Hindi, and/or Mandarin is highly valued and preferred.
