In this role, you will actively engage with prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored life insurance solutions that secure their financial future. What You’ll Do:
✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss coverage options
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
✅ Generate and follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
✅ Process applications and complete beneficiary reviews
✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Licensed in Life in the State of Wisconsin
✔ Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
