Job Description: KSM Youth Sports is looking for a dynamic Summer Camp Director to lead our summer program. Responsibilities:
- Lead with Energy: Motivate staff and campers with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily camp activities, schedules, and supplies.
- Address Issues: Handle camper needs, staff concerns, and parent inquiries.
- Support Coaches: Guide and support camp coaches, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Communicate Effectively: Be the primary contact for parents and guardians.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage registrations, attendance, and schedules.
- Create Materials: Design engaging promotional content and camp schedules.
- Inspire Leadership: Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing feedback.
- Adapt Quickly: Handle changes in schedules and activities.
- Ensure Safety: Prioritize the well-being of campers and staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability
- Experience with children in camp settings
Job Details:
- Type: Part-time (Seasonal – Summer Camp)
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)
- Location: In-person at KSM Youth Sports facility
