Paid Time Off
New hires are eligible for paid time off after 60 days and continue to accrue vacation based on years of service up to a maximum of 4 weeks. In addition, we offer 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days which are available to be used in 1-hour increments.

Press Brake Operator – 1st or 2nd Shift
Duties include:
Set up, adjust and operate press brake equipment to perform a variety of brake work which could include involved, and specialized forming of various gauge materials. Prefer 2 plus years of experience, with knowledge of Amada, and Safan Brake press programming, set-up and operate skills a plus. Ability to read prints, select, position, align, and secure forming dies, adjust ram stroke to suit gauge of material, angle or contours; program electronic back gauges to conform with dimensional specifications; determine sequence of bends on multiple press operations for work having a series of bends at various angles and in different planes. Able to lift weights of 30-40 pounds when working, and utilization of 2 person press brake work when lifting parts greater than 30-40 pounds.
