We care about our people and offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package. Employees are paid weekly and receive 2 paid breaks per shift, safety shoe and glass allowances are also provided. We offer tuition reimbursement and a 401k program with 50% company match up to 6%.
Paid Time Off
New hires are eligible for paid time off after 60 days and continue to accrue vacation based on years of service up to a maximum of 4 weeks. In addition, we offer 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days which are available to be used in 1-hour increments.
Insurance Benefits
KSM provides a full insurance package including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. We also provide company paid short term disability and employees are eligible for these programs following 60 days of employment.

Paint Line Crew – 1st Shift
Rotational duties include but not limited to: Mask parts, load/unload conveyor line, opportunity to learn powder coating techniques, assist in department as required. Powder coating experience helpful.
