We value our long-standing relationships with loyal customers and employees alike. We have employees who have been with us for forty-plus years and some of our customers have been with us since the very beginning in the early 1970s.
We care about our people and offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package. Employees are paid weekly and receive 2 paid breaks per shift, safety shoe and glass allowances are also provided. We offer tuition reimbursement and a 401k program with 50% company match up to 6%.
Paid Time Off
New hires are eligible for paid time off after 60 days and continue to accrue vacation based on years of service up to a maximum of 4 weeks. In addition, we offer 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days which are available to be used in 1-hour increments.
Insurance Benefits
KSM provides a full insurance package including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. We also provide company paid short term disability and employees are eligible for these programs following 60 days of employment.
