Responsible for providing engineering support to automated machining centers and technical solutions within the Engineering Department. Support the development, realization and implementation of new machining, equipment, and processes.

Ø Monitors product quality and adjusts CNC program and tools as necessary to maintain conforming product.
Ø Escalate to appropriate department in the event of non-conforming product.
Ø Performs necessary machine verification and inspections according to the process parameters guidelines.
Ø Reading blueprints or other instructions to determine how to operate machinery or equipment.
Ø Assist with the machine setup of new products or product changeover.
Ø Assist with machine repairs and troubleshooting.
Ø Completes machine interval inspections (integrity and functionality)
Ø Tracks, record, and communicate all parameters changes to respective Engineering representative.
Ø Monitors cutting tools and consumable/spare part inventories to ensure the equipment does not run out of necessary parts or material.
Ø Monitor and initiate feedback for continuously improving machining process.
Ø Monitor cleanliness and 5S of the workstation.
Ø Assist in any area of the factory as directed by Engineers or Manager.
Ø Responsible for identifying Environmental Aspects for his/her department and supporting Environmental Management Plan (EMP) goals and targets through training, engagement, and communication.

Must collaborate in the bridging of break times and briefly inform the succeeding team member of activities that took place during his or her shift.

Required professional training:
-Tool Mechanic
- High School Diploma or
Equivalent
- Post-High School Technical or
Vocational Education Preferred
- Career Readiness
Certificate (CRC) Preferred
Required proficiencies and additional qualification:
- Experience in all common of CNC machines and programming
- Working knowledge of Auto CAD, and/or
Solid Works preferred
- Five, plus years’ experience in automated
manufacturing environment preferred
- Robot programming experience preferred
- Siemens PLC programming skills preferred
