Community Relations & Sales Manager
Location: Southeast Iowa | On-Site | Full-Time | Base Salary and monthly incentives

Our client is looking for a driven communicator to lead sales and occupancy for a vibrant senior living community near Ottumwa, Iowa, where your ability to connect with people will directly shape occupancy growth and resident satisfaction. This is a hands-on, community relationship-driven role where your initiative and results are recognized and rewarded.

Your Focus Areas
- Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management
- Lead the full sales cycle—from inquiry to tour to move-in—with empathy and confidence.
- Convert leads into residents across Independent and Assisted Living.
- Manage and track your pipeline in the CRM, turning conversations into results.
- Community Outreach & Partnerships

- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, churches, senior centers, and local organizations.
- Represent the community at networking events, open houses, and information sessions that highlight our culture of care.
- Marketing & Visibility

- Partner with leadership to implement creative marketing campaigns that drive inquiries and build a strong local presence.
- Support social media and advertising efforts to showcase what makes our community stand out.
- Collaboration & Reporting

- Work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to set and achieve occupancy goals.
- Maintain accurate data, share insights, and celebrate milestones together.
What Success Looks Like
- Independent and Assisted Living apartments moving steadily toward full occupancy.
- An ongoing and growing referral network and engaged community presence.
- A strong waitlist for all units that ensures long-term stability.
- Consistent bonuses earned through performance, persistence, and relationship building.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in sales or business development (2 years). A huge plus if in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or property management!
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and energized by tracking and exceeding metrics.
- Community driven! Naturally personable and comfortable talking with strangers and building rapport quickly.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred — but drive, tenacity, and results matter most.
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation: Base(commensurate with experience) Monthly incentives and Quarterly bonuses
- Schedule: Full-Time
