Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the automotive collision repair industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability. Research required information using available resources
- Process and manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Develop knowledge in Salesforce, our e-commerce platform
- Analyze customer questions, troubleshoot or escalate, and provide clear answers in an efficient and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and repair industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong computer skills, a typing rate of 40wpm minimum, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus, but fluency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or with others to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
