This is a full-time on-site role located in Port Arthur, TX for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, lead and mentor engineering teams, and ensure project deliverables align with quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The role involves fostering innovation, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Technical expertise in engineering processes, project management, and product lifecycle design
- Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and performance evaluation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and safety standards
