KSA Interiors is a small, woman-owned commercial interior design studio proudly serving clients since 1982. We create inspiring, highly functional environments tailored to each client’s mission. As an interiors-focused practice, our expertise spans everything related to the built environment’s interior—from space planning and finish specification to experiential graphics, furniture procurement, and facilities support services. We serve a broad range of markets, including corporate, workplace strategy, state and federal government, institutional, higher education, and healthcare. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all phases of interior design projects and ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with budgets and schedules
Serve as primary client liaison and manage coordination with consultants and vendors
Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop cohesive solutions
Mentor junior designers and manage project workflow using project management tools
Contribute to studio standards, QA/QC, and CAD/BIM support
Bring forward new ideas through research on materials, products, and design trends
Support business development efforts, marketing materials, and proposal development
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program
NCIDQ Certification required
Minimum 10 years of professional interior design experience with demonstrated project leadership
Extensive FF&E experience, including selection, specification, budgeting, and procurement coordination
Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and cultivate strong client relationships
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with business and project management tools such as Excel and MS Project
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Track record of successfully managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Federal and State government market experience a plus
