We are looking for a personal lines account manager. The pay ranges based on experience, but we offer top compensation and benefits. In office preferred to start, but open to remote for the right fit.

Qualifications
- Strong account management skills with experience overseeing personal insurance policies and client relationships.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Knowledge of personal insurance products (e.g., home, auto, landlord) and basic understanding of broader insurance concepts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing policy changes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems (Applied Epic experience is a big plus)
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with colleagues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant insurance licenses for the state of South Carolina or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
- 2 years Prior experience in an insurance agency or related financial services environment preferred.
