Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by working with high school coaches, athletic directors, and school administrators. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, travel, and providing student-athletes with life-changing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development :
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with high school coaches, athletic directors, and school decision-makers to promote KSA Events.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
  • Present KSA Events’ unique travel and competition experiences to prospective teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with coaches and schools to encourage repeat participation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping teams navigate the event selection and booking process.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure a seamless transition to event operations.
  • Program Development & Collaboration :
  • Work closely with marketing to create outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with event operations to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Represent KSA Events at trade shows, conventions, and other industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in sports, travel, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of high school athletics.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
