operations in the Retail Administration and Banking Services role.
The Retail Administration and Banking Services role is responsible for
providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the Banks
retail banking operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience
while achieving business, service and operational objectives. This
position oversees the performance and development of the retail banking
team, branch operations, client care and compliance with applicable
policies and regulations. The Retail Administration and Banking Services
role works collaboratively with other areas of the Bank to drive
consistent, exceptional client service across the entire retail
division.
Candidates should have prior banking and management experience with the
ability to develop, coach, motivate, and retain employees. This role
requires strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the
judgment to effectively manage complex client, employee, operational,
and business situations. Someone with a strong understanding of the
client experience and the ability to establish a consistent,
high-quality service culture will do well in this position.
