Hours: Minimum 900 calls a week

The Role
You will cold call homeowners using our predictive dialer, qualify them for solar, and set appointments for our closers.
Every deal closed pays $100/kw a lucrative commission when deals close (and they close 72% of the time).

Daily Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
- 150 calls a day/900 a week on our predictive dialer
- 1 appointment every 25-60 calls on average
- Script adherence with confidence and control
- Complete and accurate CRM tracking of all calls and appointments
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs to unlock bonuses and higher commission tiers
