What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing, Events & Advertising Lead position at KS Management?
Are you ready to help lead the marketing engine of a growing multi-brand company? KS is seeking a Marketing, Events & Advertising Lead who will support and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to drive company-wide branding, strategic campaigns, and advertising execution. This high-level support role requires initiative, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple projects across our suite of companies: KS Management, KS Mortgage Group, KS Landscaping, KS Maintenance, and our event center launching in 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for all KS brands
- Build and manage advertising campaigns across print, digital, and billboard platforms
- Support website content updates and SEO across multiple business lines
- Coordinate and attend educational seminars, expos, and community events (some evenings and weekends required)
- Lead video content strategy — from short-form reels to event coverage
- Manage and distribute marketing inventory and promotional items
- Develop and design branded assets such as flyers, brochures, and social graphics
- Contribute to the development of co-marketing campaigns for external businesses based on the successful KS model
- Utilize AI tools to support content and campaign automation
- Track ad performance and engagement analytics
- Help coordinate inter-departmental branding efforts and project timelines
- Assist in managing marketing budget and resource planning
