Marketing, Events & Advertising Lead

Are you ready to help lead the marketing engine of a growing multi-brand company? KS is seeking a Marketing, Events & Advertising Lead who will support and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to drive company-wide branding, strategic campaigns, and advertising execution. This high-level support role requires initiative, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple projects across our suite of companies: KS Management, KS Mortgage Group, KS Landscaping, KS Maintenance, and our event center launching in 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for all KS brands
• Build and manage advertising campaigns across print, digital, and billboard platforms
• Support website content updates and SEO across multiple business lines
• Coordinate and attend educational seminars, expos, and community events (some evenings and weekends required)
• Lead video content strategy — from short-form reels to event coverage
• Manage and distribute marketing inventory and promotional items
• Develop and design branded assets such as flyers, brochures, and social graphics
• Contribute to the development of co-marketing campaigns for external businesses based on the successful KS model
• Utilize AI tools to support content and campaign automation
• Track ad performance and engagement analytics
• Help coordinate inter-departmental branding efforts and project timelines
• Assist in managing marketing budget and resource planning

Tools You'll Use:

• Canva or similar design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Metricool, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager
• Wix or similar CMS for website updates
• Google Workspace

Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
