We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our on-site team and handle inbound calls from business prospects. This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, based in our office. All leads are inbound—no cold calling or outbound dialing.
Role summary
- Answer inbound phone inquiries from small and medium-sized business owners who have expressed interest in our services.
- Explain a straightforward service offering and qualify callers according to established criteria.
- Guide qualified prospects through the next steps of the process while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Record accurate call notes and update customer information in our system.
What you will not be responsible for
- No cold calling
- No outbound dialing
- No door-to-door or field sales
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly and confidently.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work on-site during scheduled hours.
- Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required; candidates who are coachable and motivated are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRMs or call-tracking systems is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and ability to provide a positive caller experience.
