KS Bank is currently seeking to add a Relationship Banker to our Dunn team. Primary duties for this role include, but not limited to:
- Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch
- Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as checks and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and any other needs they may have.
- Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and service to meet those needs.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments.
- Respond to incoming phone calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals as needed.
- Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions.
- Keep abreast of all relevant regulations, policies and procedures through ongoing compliance training.
