Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards while maintaining high quality and safety protocols
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sanitation and bussing duties
- Process cash transactions accurately, handle register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of food safety management
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight hours
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail transactions
- Experience with food service customer order management and cashiering preferred
- Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced environment
